windows 7 + Nginx + Python

Hi all,

Last Nginx/mariaDB/php is installed on windows 7

Python 3.4 is insttaled

Now, how can i develop "hello" python page web and si "Hello" with Nginx server ?

I would like develop in PHP and Python
