Setup Nginx Proxy with multiple IP address

Hi,

I want to setup Nginx Proxy on my server with apache as backend server.
Itrs working fine with Single IP address.
I want to setup Nginx Proxy with multiple IP address.
Can some one please help me i search on internet i donot found any article related to it.
