Is there a way to have a main file with everything inside

My goal is to have one file that:

- redirect to the favicon
- redirect to the php5-cgi stuff
- redircet to the error pages
- and so one

So I don't need to enter that in every vhost file for subdomains and stuff ^^

Is there a way to do this?
