Alright, problem solved.
I put wrong info into the sources.list
deb http://nginx.org/packages/debian/ trusty nginx
deb-src http://nginx.org/packages/debian/ trusty nginx
instead of
deb http://nginx.org/packages/ubuntu/ trusty nginx
deb-src http://nginx.org/packages/ubuntu/ trusty nginx
