Permanent 301 redirect for file extension

I recently moved a site which was using .aspx to flat html and css files. All of the pages have the same relative url except the file extension changed from .aspx to .html . How should I write the permanent 301 redirects to change all .aspx files to .html. Any help here will be greatly appreciated.
