I wanted to see if there was a way to block access to flv downloads by site or referrer. I'm running into an issue where a lot of China based sites are tearing up my bandwidth by directly embedding my videos into their players on the their sites. Now I don't mind so much if allowing some sites to do this but I would like the ability to block the ones that are just flat wasting my bandwidth.
