Cannot get through nginx from outside network

I created a media VM. I run radarr/sonarr behind NGINX. Although I can easily connect to radarr/sonarr from within the VM and from my host, I cannot reach either from outside the network. Suggestions?

UPDATE: With the help of another app, ngrok, I can get through nginx. I receive the default nginx welcome screen and ngrok produces the below. However, it indicates further configuration is required. Great, now what configuration?

ngrok status codes;

401 - unauthorized (possibly due to requiring credentials to access radarr/sonarr)
404 - Not Found
200 - OK

Host Ext: installed
VT-x/AMD-V on guest enabled
Hyper-V on host disabled
Host OS: Win 10 x64 Pro
Guest OS: Win 10 x64 Pro
Networking: Bridged
Firewall disabled
nginx -t indicates good configuration
No SSL at the moment

No trouble reaching my Home Assistant VM or my Plex VM from outside network
