Is there a way to combine restriction by GeoIP and basic HTTP authentication?

Hello All!

We can combine the restriction by IP addresses and the basic HTTP authentication by use of the satisfy directive. Is there a way to get the same effect if we want to use GeoIP instead of individual IP addresses?

For example, I want all users except Germans to go through the basic HTTP authentication.
