Deny Visit over my IP - Just Domain

Hello Guys,

i have two IP's on my Dedicated Server
1x eth0
1x eth0:0

I want that you can visit my Website only over the domain. I would like to block (deny) the visit over IP.

My Homepage ran six months on one IP. Yesterday I bought an additional ip and configured it to eth0:0. If you call the new IP, you end up on my homepage, and I will stop it. The new IP should not shown on my homepage.
